Your ad settings won't be saved if you clear your browser's cookies, get a new device, or reset your Advertising ID. If you're not signed in, your ad settings are saved to your device or browser. Once you've turned off personalization, Google will no longer use your info to personalize your ads. You can also turn off personalization for your browser by installing the IBA Opt Out (by Google) extension.
